EcoVero + Livaeco Viscose
EcoVero and Livaeco are more responsible versions of viscose. They're made from wood pulp sourced from forests that are sustainably managed (no cutting down ancient or endangered forests just for some fabric!).
EcoVero and Livaeco production also uses less water, sufficiently cleans that water before disposal, and emits less CO2 than conventional viscose/rayon.
WHEN YOU SAY “ETHICAL”...
In this case, we mean: Factories don’t allow child labor or forced labor, and sourcing raw materials and finished goods from regions with known forced labor risks is banned entirely. The supply chain is traced to the factory level, and they’re working on tracing down to the raw material level. This brand is a member of Amorfi BSCI, which implements a code of conduct for factories and audits them to make sure garment workers are treated well.
